Metering service fee
A fixed monthly fee per meter. Covers automatic reading, the monthly billing run, itemised invoices, tenant and owner portals, and tariff maintenance.
Percentage of energy billed
A percentage of the energy value on each invoice: the kWh consumed multiplied by the rate you set.
Onboarding
Once-off, per meter. Pairing, tariff configuration, tenant loading and invoice set-up.
Meters & installation
Quoted per site, depending on the number of supplies and how they are wired.

You set the rate
You decide the rate per kWh your tenants pay, and Metriq applies it exactly as configured. The percentage is worked out on that energy value.
Tariff updates included
When the municipality changes its rates, we update your tariff plans. That work is covered by the per-meter fee.
